Drink in the views at Galvin

The view from Galvin at Windows

With breathtaking views of London from Hyde Park to Harrods, Michelin-starred restaurant and bar Galvin at Windows on the 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane has just launched its new cocktail menu.

    Geisha
Geisha is served in a Japanese tea container and inspired by the cherry flavours of Kyoto

One for the wanderers among us, Traveller’s Book is a menu inspired by bar manager Boris Ivan’s recent trip to Asia. Our favourite is Geisha (right), served in a Japanese tea container and inspired by the cherry flavours of Kyoto, but the Sencha Highball (Hakushu 12, yuzu sake, Sencha syrup, mint, soda water), Night in Hong Kong (Quiquiriqui Mezcal, lime agave, pineapple spring water) and Last Samurai (Boxer gin, St Germain, tomato water, shisho leaf, Chincha peppers) also come recommended. Or if you’re looking for a traditional G&T with a twist, you might like to try the Traveller’s Book version, which comes with the addition of Matcha (green tea) foam. Then sit back and drink in the view…
